✅ 12-Month Warranty

Your Fairway Fresh Club Polisher is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to our support team at [insert email here] with:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

We'll assess the claim and either repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Please note, the warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts (like sponge heads or towels)

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you’ve had a change of mind or purchased the wrong item, please email our team to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
